Soon I'll Be Bare

Anyone can complain about how they miss summer and who doesn't? But has anyone taken the time to look at fall? In summer, the leaves are just plain green. In fall, the leaves are so full of color. You might miss your summer romance, but fall is when you start falling. You might miss the beautiful warmth, but the fall brings beautiful cold. And this is just the beginning.

Time

There was a documentary on how the universe was created. The disabled man was questioning if God did it or science. The man said that before the universe was, everything was a blackhole. At the end of the documentary, the man talked about the Big Bang and that that's what created the universe. It couldn't have been God because there wouldn't have been time for a God to have been created. He said at the end, "When someone asks me if God created the universe, I tell them that question doesn't make sense." How do you think time came to be?

Ghostly Clouds of the Sea

I wonder what the sea knows. Seems like it has been around forever. It's so inspirational. It causes weddings on cruises, so many creatures to live, and shipwrecks at sea. Yet all it is is a big pile of water. I wonder how many ghosts it holds.

Into the Night

Standing on the edge of night. It can be scary. It can be exciting. It could be just another night. An entire piece of  the world goes dark. Except for all the lights man made. Day and night are full of the unknown. Every second is. But everything has its beauty and its darkness doesn't it? Let's see what this day brings. Here we go.

Sad Truth

Remember how it all used to be? Before the "Me" generation? When everyone could walk out their front door and see a beautiful wheatfield or miles and miles of grass and flowers. When people could get through one day without using their computer or texting someone on their iPhones. There are a lot less people like that then there was before everyone got caught up in what's next. Now they're building enormous buildings with 50 floors and killing grass so they can make room for more roads. Some might pity the people who had to live without what we have today and maybe some of them needed pity, but a lot of them seemed very happy with what they had. Then again, a lot of us do to.

Land of the Free

America gives light and hope. People come from all over the world to be a part of this great nation and what it has to offer. It shows what a little country that no one would believed would survive could become. You can shine so bright and become something great if you have enough strength and something worth fighting for.

Storms are Brewing on the Pier

It's really interesting how peaceful the bay can look before a storm. You know the storm's coming but it's breathtaking how the air goes still and your senses are heightened like a slow motion scene in an action movie.  Next, there's one small raindrop. Then another. And another. And they come faster and heavier. Then the lightning crashes. And as you stay or go, let's thank our higher beings for giving us such a frighteningly beautiful world.

Summer Insomniac

This pic is for all the people who slept all day and can't sleep at night. I hope you have better discretion on sleeping hours in the future. Even though, isn't the summer sky beautiful?

Trapped and Waiting

Trapped in a car. Waiting for the rain to end. Everything gets so blurry when it's raining. And you get so sleepy. A part of you wants it to stop so you can go outside and not be so bored and immobile, but another part of you wants to stay here and watch the raindrops slowly slide down the window. You either find comfort in the boredom or you try your best to occupy yourself. Either way, you're not leaving this car for a while so make the best of it.

The American Dream

Many people dream of homes filled with love and riches. Some people are blinded and some people have actually found a perfect sanctuary. Somewhere where they are always loved. Well it only ever really happens to a select few. No one's perfect. Sometimes they end up making fools of themselves, trying to believe their lives are precisely how they want it to be.
